The Real Great Roofing Cost Calculator ("Calculator") is an automated estimation tool provided for general reference purposes only. It is not a quote, bid, proposal, offer, contract, or any form of legally binding communication.

The Calculator produces rough, illustrative cost ranges based on general inputs provided by the User. These ranges are generated algorithmically and do not account for the full scope of variables that affect actual project pricing.

By using the Calculator, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• The output of the Calculator is a non-binding, general estimate only
• The estimate has no legal, contractual, or financial weight of any kind
• You will not rely on the Calculator output to make any financial, legal, or purchasing decision
• Real Great Roofing is under no obligation whatsoever to perform any service at, near, or within any price range produced by the Calculator

The Calculator may produce estimates for any combination of the following services, as selected by the User. Each service is defined below for reference purposes only. These definitions do not limit or define the scope of work in any actual service agreement.

• Full Roof Replacement – Complete removal of all existing roofing material and installation of new roofing material across the full roof surface, as determined by Real Great Roofing upon inspection.
• Roof Repair – Targeted repair of damaged, deteriorated, or failing sections of an existing roof, the scope of which is determined solely by Real Great Roofing following on-site inspection.
• Roof Cleaning – Removal of moss, algae, lichen, debris, and biological growth from the roof surface using methods determined by Real Great Roofing based on roof type and condition.
• HomeCare Kit – A bundled service package that includes roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, and gutter polishing, performed during a single service visit. Scope of each component is subject to on-site conditions and Real Great Roofing's discretion.
• Gutter Installation – Supply and installation of new gutter systems on a residential or commercial structure, including hangers, end caps, and downspouts as determined by Real Great Roofing.
• Gutter Repair – Repair of damaged, sagging, leaking, or improperly pitched gutters. Specific repair methods and materials are determined by Real Great Roofing following inspection.
• Gutter Guard Installation – Supply and installation of gutter protection systems over existing gutters. Brand, style, and compatibility are determined by Real Great Roofing following inspection.
• Gutter Cleaning – Removal of debris, buildup, and blockages from gutters and downspouts, including a flush to confirm drainage. Scope is subject to gutter condition and accessibility.
• Gutter Polishing – Cleaning and polishing of the exterior-facing surface of gutters to remove oxidation, tiger striping, and surface staining. Results may vary based on gutter age, material, and condition.

The Calculator uses the following User-provided inputs to generate an estimate:

• Square footage of the home or structure
• Roof type (sloped, metal, flat/low-slope)
• Roofing material type
• Number of stories
• Services selected

These inputs are self-reported by the User and are not verified by Real Great Roofing. Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in User-provided inputs will directly affect the Calculator output. Real Great Roofing makes no representation that estimates generated from inaccurate inputs bear any relationship to actual project costs.

• All prices, ranges, and totals produced by the Calculator, including the "Your Estimate" itemized breakdown and the "Grand Total" figure, are preliminary, non-binding, illustrative estimates only.
• These figures are generated by an algorithm and do not reflect actual conditions at your property.
• Real Great Roofing's official pricing is determined exclusively through an in-person inspection and formal written quote provided by a Real Great Roofing representative. No price, range, or figure produced by the Calculator creates any obligation on Real Great Roofing to perform services at or near that figure.
• The official quote provided by Real Great Roofing following inspection may be higher than, lower than, or entirely unrelated to the Calculator output, and Real Great Roofing has no obligation to align its official pricing with any Calculator estimate for any reason.
• All final pricing is determined at the sole and absolute discretion of Real Great Roofing based on actual on-site conditions, materials, labor, scope of work, scheduling, and any other factors deemed relevant by Real Great Roofing.
• No employee, agent, contractor, or representative of Real Great Roofing has the authority to verbally bind the company to any price produced by the Calculator. Only a formal signed written quote constitutes an official pricing commitment.

Use of the Calculator does not form, imply, or initiate any contract, service agreement, or business relationship between the User and Real Great Roofing. Submission of Calculator inputs and receipt of an estimate output does not constitute an acceptance of any offer and does not entitle the User to any service at any price.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Real Great Roofing shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims of any kind arising from:

• Your use of or reliance on the Calculator output
• Any discrepancy between the Calculator estimate and any official quote
• Any decision made based on the Calculator output
• Any technical errors, inaccuracies, or malfunctions in the Calculator

Your sole remedy, if any, is to request an in-person inspection and formal written quote from Real Great Roofing.

The "Spin to Win" promotion ("Promotion") is offered solely as a discretionary marketing incentive by Real Great Roofing. Participation does not guarantee any prize, discount, service, or benefit of any kind.

To participate in the Promotion, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be a legal U.S. resident, 18 years of age or older
• Be the owner of the residential property at the address submitted, or a tenant with express written authorization from the property owner to authorize exterior services
• Be the direct end-client who will be contracting Real Great Roofing's services for the submitted property

The following individuals and entities are expressly ineligible to participate in this Promotion or redeem any prize:

• General contractors, subcontractors, construction managers, or any individual or business entity acting on behalf of a property owner rather than as the direct property owner or authorized residential occupant
• Property managers, real estate agents, investors, or any third party who does not occupy or own the property as a primary or secondary residence
• Any person attempting to claim a prize for a property they do not own or occupy
• Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of Real Great Roofing
• Any person or entity that has previously participated in this Promotion at any address

Real Great Roofing reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time, including at the time of scheduled service, and to deny any prize to any individual who does not meet all eligibility requirements.

• Only one (1) spin is permitted per person, per email address, per phone number, per physical street address, and per household.
• "Household" is defined as any property sharing the same street address, parcel number, or physical location, regardless of unit designation or how the address is formatted or submitted.
• If a prize was previously issued — whether honored or not — to any person associated with the same household or property address, no future prize will be issued to that household under any circumstances, regardless of who submits the form.
• Any attempt to circumvent the one-spin limit, including use of alternate emails, addresses, or phone numbers, will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any prize.

All prizes are defined as follows. Any ambiguity in prize interpretation shall be resolved solely at the discretion of Real Great Roofing.

• 10% Off Roof Cleaning – A discount of ten percent (10%) of the total pre-tax invoice of a single roof cleaning service performed by Real Great Roofing. Excludes all other services.
• 5% Off Any Gutter Service – A discount of five percent (5%) of the total pre-tax invoice of a single qualifying gutter service (gutter cleaning, gutter repair, or gutter installation) performed by Real Great Roofing.
• Free Gutter Cleaning with Roof Repair or Replacement – One (1) standard residential gutter cleaning (debris removal and downspout flush), provided at no additional charge when performed on the same service visit as a qualifying roof repair or full roof replacement with a minimum invoice of $1,000, as determined by Real Great Roofing. This prize is not valid with roof cleaning, HomeCare Kit, or any other service. Not valid as a standalone service.
• $50 Off Roof Cleaning – A flat fifty-dollar ($50.00) discount on a single roof cleaning invoice. Not valid on invoices totaling less than $150.
• $100 Off Roof Repair or Replacement – A flat one-hundred-dollar ($100.00) discount on a qualifying roof repair or full roof replacement invoice. Not valid on invoices totaling less than $500.
• $50 Off Any Gutter Service – A flat fifty-dollar ($50.00) discount on a single qualifying gutter service invoice. Not valid on invoices totaling less than $150.
• $500 Off Roof Replacement – A flat five-hundred-dollar ($500.00) discount on a full roof replacement invoice, defined as complete removal and reinstallation of roofing material across a minimum of one full roof plane as determined by Real Great Roofing. Not valid on partial replacements, repairs, or invoices totaling less than $3,000.
• $250 Off Roof Repair or Replacement – A flat two-hundred-fifty-dollar ($250.00) discount on a qualifying roof repair or full roof replacement invoice. Not valid on invoices totaling less than $1,000.
• 5% Off Roof Cleaning – A discount of five percent (5%) of the total pre-tax invoice of a single roof cleaning service performed by Real Great Roofing.

• All prizes are conditional, discretionary, and not guaranteed. The display of a prize on the Spin to Win wheel does not constitute a binding offer, contract, commitment, or obligation of any kind.
• All prize redemptions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the sole, absolute, and unreviewable approval of Real Great Roofing. Real Great Roofing reserves the right to deny, reduce, modify, or revoke any prize for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to: on-site inspection results, scope of work, project feasibility, customer conduct, scheduling limitations, geographic restrictions, or internal business judgment.
• Prize eligibility is contingent upon a satisfactory on-site inspection. If inspection reveals conditions that make the prize inapplicable, impractical, or unreasonable in Real Great Roofing's sole judgment, the prize may be denied or modified without recourse.
• Prizes have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged under any circumstances.
• Prizes apply only to services performed directly by Real Great Roofing and may not be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion unless explicitly authorized in writing by an owner of Real Great Roofing.
• Prizes are valid for new service bookings only and must be fully redeemed within sixty (60) calendar days of the original spin date. Prizes not redeemed within this window are automatically and permanently forfeited.

Eligibility. This offer is valid for first-time Real Great Roofing customers only. Customers who have previously received a roof replacement through Real Great Roofing, or any affiliated entity, do not qualify.

Discount Amount. A $2,000 discount will be applied to the total contract price of a qualifying full roof replacement. This offer does not apply to partial repairs, roof cleaning, or any other service outside of a full replacement.

Minimum Job Value. The discount requires a minimum contract value of $8,000. The discount cannot reduce the contract price below zero and has no cash value.

Redemption. The offer must be presented or mentioned prior to contract signing. It cannot be applied retroactively to a signed contract.

Expiration. The offer must be redeemed within 30 days of the date it was received (door hanger, mailer, or other dated distribution). Expired offers will not be honored.

One Per Household. Limit one (1) discount per property address. This offer may not be combined with any other promotional discount or offer unless explicitly approved in writing by Real Great Roofing management.

Non-Transferable. This offer is non-transferable and has no cash value.

Program Overview. Real Great Roofing will pay a $500 cash bonus to any eligible referring party whose referral results in a completed, paid roof replacement contract.

Offer Expiration. This offer must be redeemed within 30 days of the date it was received. Referrals submitted after the expiration date will not qualify.

Minimum Contract Value. The referred customer's roof replacement contract must have a minimum value of $5,000 for the referring party to qualify for this bonus.

Real Great Roofing targets payment within 60 days of project completion, subject to verification. If Real Great Roofing is unable to reach the referring party due to incorrect contact information or unresponsiveness following an initial contact attempt, the bonus is forfeited.

Payment Method. The $500 cash bonus will be paid via Zelle, cash, check, Venmo, gift card, or other payment method as determined by Real Great Builds, LLC dba Real Great Roofing, based on the referring party's preference and company discretion.

Taxes. Referral bonuses may constitute taxable income. Recipients are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local tax obligations. Real Great Roofing will issue a 1099 form where required by law.

Program Overview. Real Great Roofing will provide a $200 referral bonus — in the form of a gift card or equivalent reward at Real Great Roofing's discretion — to any eligible referring party whose referral results in a completed, paid roof replacement contract.

• Offers are valid for residential properties in the greater Seattle Metro area served by Real Great Roofing only.
• Fraud or misrepresentation in connection with any offer will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any benefit.
